Since 2007, we have been providing top-quality defensive driving classes to drivers in Arizona, and we have a proven track record of success in helping our students get their traffic tickets dismissed and improve their driving skills.
Our Services

We offer a range of services designed to meet the needs of our clients, including:
- Defensive Driving Classroom: This in-person class is a minimum of 4 hours long and covers a range of topics designed to help drivers improve their skills and avoid accidents. The cost of the class is $50.00, plus any additional court and state fees.
- Defensive Driving Online: Our online class is a convenient and flexible option for those who are unable to attend an in-person class. The class is also a minimum of 4 hours long and covers the same material as the in-person class. The cost of the online class is $47.95, plus any additional court and state fees.
- Court Diversion Fee: If you are taking our class to have a ticket dismissed, you will also need to pay a court diversion fee, which varies according to the court. You can find the court diversion fee for your court of jurisdiction on our list of court diversion fees.
- Classroom Facilities: In addition to our online class, we also offer the option to take part in a live classroom setting. We have locations across the East Valley of Phoenix, and our classroom facilities are equipped with the latest technology and resources to ensure a comfortable and engaging learning experience.
- Refund Policy: We offer a refund of the court diversion fee if the police officer fails to file the citation with the court, or the citation is dismissed by the court for any reason. However, the state fee and state surcharge fee are non-refundable after the class has begun. In the case of an online course, the school fee and all applicable credit/debit card fees are not refundable.
- Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for our defensive driving class, you must not have attended a defensive driving course for a citation within the last year (12 months), complete your class a minimum of 7 calendar days before your court appearance date, and your traffic violation must be an "eligible" violation. You are NOT eligible if you were involved in an accident that resulted in serious injury or death.
